Welcome to the event candle page. I only rent through event florists and planners. The exception to this rule would be hiring me to set up. There are a lot of specific details around numerous pieces - particularly candlesticks and taper hurricanes - and this is easier and safer for everyone. Additionally, someone has to set candle holders up and often planners and florists are surprised with additional work they didn’t plan as event dates approach. This prevents that from being an issue.

General Info

A minimum rental order is $100. Hurricane only rentals require a minimum of 36. I am strict with the handling and care of product, Much of my inventory is seasonal or vintage which makes it impossible or expensive to replace if damaged. There are separate agreements based on what is reserved; for example Taper Hurricanes or Glass Votives. When received they are to be initialed, signed, and returned. If it is on an agreement, it means I have encountered it. It is up to you to inform your set up and load out teams including contracted load out teams (my agreement is with you not them). I do not send emails excessively nor do I send verbose ones. I know we’re all busy but please read responses carefully.

Renting

Reservations are made via email only. This is back up for us both. Once you receive the invoice and agreements, requested items are on temporary hold while I await payment. If the pay by date passes without payment, the requested items will be released and made available for the next inquiry. I will not send a reminder. Product is not released without payment.

Taper Hurricanes

Taper hurricanes are not allowed outside. There is a minimum of 36 for hurricane only. If you have height requirements, include that in your email. Flames must be INSIDE the glass, not above it. That is the enclosed candle rule for venues.

Delivery

You are welcome to pick up/bring back. You are welcome to decide this closer to the event date. If you require delivery and pick up it will likely need to be before and after event day to your studio or home as I am also onsite on weekends setting up events.
